Two Channel Solution
The VHF-3300 comprises two separte channels, each with independent volume controls for precise vocal balancing, and individual 1/4-inch outputs for use with a receiver or mixer, allowing you pro-quality control over your vocal mix.
Two Mics Included
Two wireless handheld dynamic mics are included, complete with built-in windscreens and on/off switches. Built-in Auto-Mute circuitry eliminates switching noise, and the mics offer a range of up to 150 feet.
Built-In Charger
The integrated charger on top of reciever both rechargers mic batteries and secures mics when not in use.
Clear RF Reception
The VHF-3300 delivers clear sound, and is designed to better resist outside RF interference, so you can sing without any unwanted distractions. The unit features a noise squelch circuit that mutes the reciever when there's a weak or absent signal (i.e., when you're not using the mic), which prevents unwanted noise bursts.
Rack Mountable
Mounting brackets are included for adding the unit to a standard rack system (the unit takes up a 1 RU space).

I don't give the fifth star because one of the 9v batteries (the regular square ones) after 6 hours of very intensive Karaoke singing runs out of power, nothing that you can not solve with a regular alkaline battery. I bought this one rather than other cheaper models, because of the mixed output, for me it was important because my equipment only has one input. Both microphones randomly cut out while in the middle of singing (microphones are 10ft or less away from receiver). Sometime I would have to put the microphones back onto the base and and reset the microphone receiver to make the microphones work again. 2. The microphones received was all black and did not have color trim like the microphones in the picture. Pros: 1. Quality is good for home use. 2. Rechargeable. 3. Wireless. 4. The old system was hooked up to a PA system in a small auditorium. The old system used non-rechargeable 9-volt batteries, which needed frequent changing. This newer system not only uses rechargeable batteries, but surprised me with its superior sound quality. The manual states "An eight-hour charge will provide you with 1 to 2 hours of continuous wireless microphone use." In actual use, however, it lasts 3 to 4 or more hours (a definite plus!)The only fault I have found is that the package contains "mounting brackets", but the manual does not state how or where to properly connect them. (Not a major drawback.) |
