I'm building a karaoke system and got these for the price and have been very, very pleased with them. I saw a couple of 'bad' reviews here but after almost a year, they are still performing beyond my expectations. If I had to say anything negative about them it would only be mild.. they seem to be sensitive and pick up the sound of being handled (ie: picked up, put down, being placed in a mic clip) But holding them or moving from one hand to the other doesn't present any problems. As for the guy with the battery problems, I've been using the same rechargeable batteries since the day I got them. Rechargeables just don't last like regular battaries but if you keep these mics in the charger when there not in use, you can use them all night long... What else can I say, you can get better mics for more money but if all you need is a good basic well constructed good sounding mic, you can't go wrong with these. My only regret is I didn't buy a 4 mic system!!

I recently purchased this microphone set, they are used in our karaoke and entertainment business. The sound is clear and full. We are very impressed with the quality of this set and it is such a joy not to worry about purchasing batteries. I am going to purchase another set!

I boguth this system for our church, becasue of its low cost, we did not expect it will work with the sound quality. Our pastor is so happy when he sings with the system. As it is described, the system is good Karaoke, it means that it does a great job for singning, yes, it does.
The batteries comes with it are not very good, but the system works with any kind battery , regular or rechargeable, so I can use it either way, rechargeable or not, so after I bougfht a brand name battery set, I have no complaint.
If you try to get a great system with a reasonable price, this is a right decision for you to make. We like it, you like too.
